Latha is a Physical Therapist and an Advanced Hatha Yoga Therapist by educational qualification. Her first encounter with traditional Yoga was 26+ years ago & has been prevalent in her life ever since.
Her search towards an inward journey intensified and became very profound after facing several life challenges both physically & mentally. Her conscious effort to incorporate the basic knowledge of the yogic systems ,acquired as a young adult, helped her heal herself holistically.
Her calling manifested as “The Holistic Wellness”, Developed as an act of sharing this knowledge with her friends in early 2017, it has grown and expanded into her way of serving the community.
Apart from this ,she is a Professional Space Organizing Consultant , which has been her childhood passion . She also enjoys practicing Sustainability , Minimalism & volunteering for Charity Organizations.
